What is Martial Arts Fitness?

MAF is a fitness work-out which incorporates exercises and movements from different Martial Arts such as Thaiboxing, Wrestling or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Level 1 is designed as a body-weight routine to enhance your cardio and strengh & conditioning. It is a perfect work-out for people who never did any Martial Arts and mainly want to improve their overall health, well-being or self defense skills, gain confidence or manage their weight loss – all while learning the very fundamentals of combat sports as well.

Additionally, Level 2 of MAF is designed especially for Martial Arts Practitioners. Since the exercises are taking from the Martial Arts Cosmos, they will help your performance in whatever combat sport you are already emerged in. It will increase your endurance, strength, explosiveness and stamina. In short: A work-out crafted to the needs of an Martial Artist.
